Refund & Exchange Policy

At Robin’s Nest Farm & Soapery, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted products. "Products" refers to all items sold by Robin's Nest Farm & Soapery, including but not limited to handcrafted soaps, solid dish soap, powdered laundry detergent, natural bath and household products, loofahs, dried herbs, and seasonal or limited-edition items. We have the following refund and exchange policy.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the handcrafted, consumable, and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or exposed to environmental conditions beyond our control.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
-Your order number
-A description of the issue
-Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Robin’s Nest Farm & Soapery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
